All our computers have top quality security and password settings and we are able to use various encryption techniques to suit your system. Our staff have advanced training in Microsoft software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook together with all audio transcription types. They have excellent written and oral English, 70 words per minute typing speed with very good accuracy, customer service and business acumen training.
